Meet The Managers

Meet The Director
I started my sales career in 2006 and like most people in the beginning I found it very difficult. Shortly thereafter, I realised I had found my skillset and within a year at the age of 23 I was earning over 70k annually. I stayed in field sales for 10 years before progressing up the ranks to sales manager then regional manager to eventually becoming national sales manager for a big corporate company.
I had met my business partner through the industry. Our paths had crossed on many occasions as we had worked for the same companies and on the same campaigns and when he approached me with the idea of starting our own company, I was 100% in. We took the leap and both had the same vision. We wanted to focus on finding young, talented people and ensuring they receive the right guidance, relevant training and strong mentorship not only to succeed in sales but to progress quicker than we had.
I am very proud to say myself and business partner have built a very successful sales and marketing company from the bottom up, with opening more offices as time goes on. We have many success stories along the way. We are growing and loving every minute.

Meet The Director
I first got into sales in 2016 after receiving a phone call whilst on holiday, telling me that I had been made redundant from my then job as a kitchen Manager in a small restaurant in Blackpool. I had always worked in Catering and I was good at it but the hours were long and unsociable and the pay was awful. Then a friend of mine managed to get me a field sales job at Virgin media, which is where it all started.
I’m not going to lie, I was really scared because I had never done sales before, but so many people in my life had told me I was perfect for that sort of role due to my personality, so I gave it a go. It turns out they were right. Before I knew it, I was earning more than I ever had in any role and I wasn’t working crazy hours or working on weekends! After a few years I began working in the energy sector as a field sales rep, where I quickly progressed through the ranks as a manager, area manager, regional manager and then a few years later a national sales manager.
I enjoyed being an NSM but knew I wanted more. My business partner and I had known each other from the industry and always had banter and a little healthy competition. He had many years of experience in field sales and training and we knew we would work perfectly together as business owners.
We started our company in April 2021 and it has been the best decision we have ever made. I am now in the most rewarding position where I get to develop our employees and give them the motivation and confidence to reach their full potential. Our employees are our family and I will always push them to make them better and achieve their goals. We have proven results of finding and developing hidden talent and we will continue to get bigger and better all over the country. Our ultimate goal is to have multiple locations Nationwide and we are well on our way! In early 2024 a new NWES is coming!
Max Couldridge
Campaign Manager
Meet The Manager
My name is Max, I have been at NWES since July 2023. I had just finished university and had wanted to apply for jobs in my field, but out of all the job applications NWES stood out the most. It wasn’t long before I had a call with Ant inviting me in for an interview, it was completely different to what I thought it would be like, there was a pool table, a ping pong table and an Xbox set up round the corner. It felt more like a home than an office.
After I left the office, it wasn’t a hard choice to make. I started right away and never looked back, I don’t know what it was that made me want to stay, maybe Simons awful dad jokes, or Ants’ witty sarcasm. All I know is that I made the right decision.
I'm NWES' youngest campaign manager at 22, and I've been in the role for almost a year now, my advice for new starters would be: You get out of this job what you put into it, if you want to work hard the money will come naturally but if you're happy making around £500 a week this job isn't for you.

Awais Masood
Campaign Manager
Meet The Manager
I joined NWES in 2021, coming from being a subway sandwich artist. Believe me it’s not as creative as you would think.
I wanted more from life. Fast forward to today, I’m 23, running my own campaign and managing a team of 15 which is constantly growing.
I can’t thank Simon and Antony enough for everything they’ve done for me. Whether it was giving me an opportunity, guiding me along the way.
From day one I felt welcomed and NWES quickly became more than just a workplace—it’s like a second family.
The opportunities here are huge and the earning potential is massive. If you’re willing to put in the work, the sky’s the limit. Plus, let’s be honest—getting paid well while having a laugh with a great team? Can’t beat it!
Gurdass Singh
Sales Manager
Meet The Manager
My name is Gurdass and I’ve been working with NWES since October 2023 and I'm now a Sales Manager.
Before this I was working a 9 to 5 in a office making £1600 a month. I wanted to be more productive but most importantly wanted to work somewhere where I have the opportunity to make more money the harder I work.
I never had any sales experience prior but with determination I now make around £1500 a week. Just goes to show having the right mindset and work ethic can take you a long way.
I’ll admit I was a bit sceptical but now I would never look back.
This job is not like any other, very relaxed, good work environment and pure vibes. This job has given me all the tools needed to become more successful in life.
NWES has not only helped me financially but mentally too. Forever grateful for the opportunity Simon and Ant have presented me. NWES has and always will be a big family.
Join NWES for an exciting opportunity to work with top-tier clients, be part of an innovative team, and grow professionally in a dynamic environment. We value creativity and collaboration, offering a platform to make a real impact in the marketing industry. Your career success starts here.
